    Medium-frequency Coreless Induction Furnace

    The IGBT-3750kW/400HZ medium-frequency coreless induction furnace adopts a one-to-two configuration, enabling operation modes such as keeping one furnace at constant temperature while the other is in melting mode, or melting from both furnaces simultaneously. Its maximum production capacity is 11 tons (with both furnaces outputting simultaneously), making it capable of meeting the production requirements for various tonnage products.

The single-step molding print range spans from 1x1x1 cm to 3x6x1.5 m, and molds can be delivered within 72 hours.

    Automatic Casting Production Line

    The molding and core-making processes employ a ceramic sand inorganic binder technology. The entire process—from box assembly, molding, curing, mold removal by turning, gating system preparation, drying, to box assembly— is fully automated and carried out online. The molding line features a high degree of automation, ensuring uniform mold compactness and precise dimensions. It has the capacity to produce 30,000 tons of high-quality cast steel parts annually.
