Hydraulic Support Supporting Products
Purpose: Connect the hydraulic support jack to the scraper conveyor, transmitting the pushing force to enable the support to move forward step by step.
Purpose: Located on the top beam of the support, it connects to the upper end of the upright column, directly bearing the pressure from the roof and transferring the load to the upright column.
Usage: Located on the base of the support frame, it secures the lower end of the upright column and evenly distributes the pressure transmitted from the top plate to the base plate, thereby preventing the base plate from collapsing.
Balance Advancing Cylinder Bottom
Purpose: To secure the balance cylinder body, balance lateral loads during the support frame’s movement, and prevent the support frame from shifting or tipping over.
Usage: Serves as the intermediate pressure-bearing interface for multi-stage cylinders, coordinating the coordinated extension and retraction of the primary and secondary cylinders and distributing hydraulic pressure.
Upright Column Cylinder Bottom
Purpose: To seal the lower end of the cylinder body of the lifting column, withstand high pressure from the hydraulic system, and form a sealed chamber to drive the extension and retraction of the lifting column.
Purpose: Connects the jacking cylinder to the end of the pushrod, transmits the pushing force, and propels the entire hydraulic support forward or adjusts its position.
Purpose: To support the telescopic movement of the secondary hydraulic cylinder and to coordinate pressure distribution and stroke control between the primary and secondary cylinders.
Purpose: To connect the hydraulic support column to the roof beam, transmit the roof pressure to the column, and ensure even load distribution.
Application: Installed at the end of the cylinder block, it guides the piston rod’s linear motion, prevents uneven wear, and maintains sealing performance.
Usage: Used on the outer side of the top beam to support the jack, and serves to secure the jack on the outer side.
Use: A key hydraulic control component for hydraulic supports.
