Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Green Material Technology Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a holding subsidiary of Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ZMJ Group”). It is an important part of ZMJ Group's “complete set” and “intelligentization” strategies in the coal machinery sector.
The Company meticulously provides customers with a full range of high-quality experiences including technical consultation, design and R&D, production and manufacturing, and after-sales service. It has an annual production capacity of 50, 000 tons of forgings, 60,000 tons of castings, and 100,000 tons of supporting machining.

Providing customers with a comprehensive, high-quality experience across the board—ranging from technical consulting and design & R&D to manufacturing and after-sales service.
The company has more than 60 R&D personnel. Among the R&D team, there is 1 doctoral researcher, 9 master’s degree candidates, and 7 senior engineers. Technical staff account for over 15% of the total workforce, and there are more than 40 mid- to high-level technical professionals. Additionally, the company boasts 110 highly skilled technicians and skilled workers with advanced professional qualifications. The company has established a robust mechanism for selecting, employing, developing, and retaining talent, thereby accumulating a pool of outstanding R&D and management professionals. It now possesses a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who are specialized, expert-driven, and strategically oriented, equipped with strong capabilities in industrialization, research infrastructure, technology transfer, and market application promotion.
R&D capability
There are seven forging production units in total, including an 18-ton all-hydraulic die-forging hammer production unit, 7-ton and 5-ton die-forging hammer production units, 3-ton and 2-ton free-forging production units, and 1,600-ton and 1,000-ton press production units.
Equipment capability
The molding and core-making processes employ a ceramic sand-based inorganic binder technology. The entire production line—from box assembly, molding, curing, mold removal by turning, gating, drying, to box assembly—completes all steps automatically online. The molding line features a high degree of automation, ensuring uniform mold compactness and precise dimensions, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons of high-quality cast steel parts.
