Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Green Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a holding subsidiary of Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ZMJ Group”). It is an important part of ZMJ Group's “complete set” and “intelligentization” strategies in the coal machinery sector.
The Company meticulously provides customers with a full range of high-quality experiences including technical consultation, design and R&D, production and manufacturing, and after-sales service. It has an annual production capacity of 50, 000 tons of forgings, 60,000 tons of castings, and 100,000 tons of supporting machining. The Company can produce high-quality forgings ranging from 10kg to 1.3 tons and high-quality castings ranging from 100 kg to 18 tons. Its main products include a full range of castings and forgings for coal mine mechanical hydraulic supports, a full range of castings and forgings for scraper conveyors, oil top drive castings, gas turbine cylinder castings, crusher castings, shield machine forgings, and agricultural machinery forgings. These products are widely used in multiple industries such as military industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydraulic engineering, construction engineering, electric power, mining machinery, and agricultural machinery, and are exported to countries and regions including the United States, Turkey, Russia, and Australia, making the Company a trustworthy partner for global customers.
Adhering to the parallel development of innovation and growth, the Company keeps breaking through itself by following the pace of market demand. Relying on advanced technological advantages, it has developed process parameters for 500-1,300 kg steel castings and forgings exceeding national standards, obtained three-system certification certificates recognized by military enterprises, and holds more than 60 invention patents and utility model patents such as the super-large base socket die forging mold and forming method for large mining height hydraulic supports.
