(1) Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process design of cast steel products, mold design, and tooling design.
2. Responsible for mold flow analysis and preparation of process documentation for new products.
3. Responsible for analyzing casting defects during production, as well as improving and enhancing processes.
4. Responsible for dimensional inspection of special products and 3D scanning.
5. Responsible for guiding and arranging the handling of on-site abnormal conditions.
(2) Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a materials-related major.
2. Proficient in at least one 3D modeling software and capable of skillfully drawing 3D mold diagrams for casting processes.
3. Proficient in at least one casting simulation analysis software.
4. Familiar with the requirements of quality management systems.
5. Familiar with medium-frequency furnace and arc furnace smelting processes.
6. Familiar with welding, heat treatment, and machining processes.
7. At least eight years of experience in cast steel technology or workshop operations, with a thorough understanding of casting processes and the ability to effectively solve problems encountered during casting production and develop corresponding solutions.
8. Proficient in using office software such as ERP, MES, and OFFICE.
9. Possess strong verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
Forging Engineer

(1) Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process design of forging products, die design, and tooling design.
2. Responsible for finite element analysis of new products and preparation of process documentation.
3. Responsible for analyzing forging defects during production, as well as improving and enhancing manufacturing processes.
4. Responsible for guiding and arranging the handling of on-site abnormal conditions.
(2) Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a materials-related major.
2. At least proficient in using one 3D drafting software for die design.
3. At least proficient in using one forging simulation analysis software.
4. Preference given to candidates with forging experience in industries such as automotive, mining machinery, and construction machinery.
5. Familiar with the requirements of quality management systems.
6. Familiar with welding, heat treatment, and machining processes.
7. More than eight years of experience in forging technology or workshop operations, with a thorough understanding of forging processes and the ability to effectively solve problems arising in forging production and develop corresponding solutions.
8. Proficient in using office software such as ERP, MES, and OFFICE.
9. Possess strong verbal communication skills, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Machining Process Engineer

(1) Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and design of machining processes; based on product drawings and requirements, develop reasonable process flows and process parameters.
2. Continuously optimize machining processes and cutting tools to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
3. Responsible for improving machining process procedures.
4. Perform marking and layout for special products.
5. Provide guidance and training to workshop machinists.
6. Offer technical services and support to the workshop, promptly resolving any technical issues that arise during the machining process.
(2) Job Requirements:
1. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale castings and forgings.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in a mechanical engineering-related field.
3. At least 8 years of work experience in machining process-related fields.
4. Proficient in using both 3D and 2D drafting software.
5. Familiar with various types of machining equipment and related cutting tools.
6. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in production line layout and equipment procurement.
7. Able to communicate effectively with different personnel, including designers and workshop workers, to ensure the effective implementation of processes.
